Requiring no technical climbing skills, Kala Pattar offers an accessible yet challenging climb, allowing visitors to reach a height where the Himalayan landscape unfolds in all its glory.

Its name means "black rock", thanks to the dark rocks that form it. The ascent, although free of technical difficulties, remains a challenge due to the altitude and low temperatures. Adapting to the delicate atmosphere is essential, but the reward from the summit is priceless: panoramic views that include Everest, Lhotse and other iconic Himalayan peaks.
