Ngorongoro National Park

Ngorongoro National Park, the 8th natural wonder of the world, is surrounded by a wall of steep slopes.
Ngorongoro National Park, often called the 8th natural wonder of the world, is an amazing destination for nature and wildlife lovers. Its crater, surrounded by steep slopes, is home to a unique ecosystem that includes rivers, swamps, flamingo-filled lakes, dense forests and vast plains. The park is a sanctuary for Africa's "Big Five" - lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffalo - and is home to the largest population of leopards in Africa. In addition to its unique fauna, the area has a rich history, being a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has been inhabited by early humans for more than 3 million years, leaving behind important archaeological finds. Visitors to the park have the opportunity to observe wildlife up close and enjoy activities such as safaris, picnics and hikes. Ngorongoro is more than a nature reserve - it is a living testimony to the history of nature and man.
